The head of Russia-occupied territory in eastern Ukraine fled to Russia.

The self-proclaimed leader of the terrorist group “Luhansk People’s Republic” (LPR), Igor Plotnitsky, fled from the occupied Luhansk to Russia.

Plotnitsky lost his power as a result of coup, in which he was overthrown by another terrorist Igor Kornet who played a role of Interior Minister on the occupied territory.

Obviously, the source of income is shrinking and terrorist gangs in LPR start to eat each other.
