Russian MP Voronenkov Who Testified Against Putin Is Murdered In Kyiv.

Russian deputy Denis Voronenkov, who fled to Ukraine with his wife in October 2016, was murdered in the center of Kyiv on 23 March 2017.

He became a problem to Putin’s regime since he started to disclose details about Russia’s actions in Ukraine. In particular, he testified against the former Ukraine’s president Yanukovych charged with high treason, and actually was the first Russian MP who testified against Putin’s regime and its involvement into events in Ukraine.

In Russia, Voronenkov and his wife (also ex-deputy of Russian State Duma) were called traitors after they have fled to Ukraine.
