Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov has become clown to the global community for his repeated statements that the armed annexation of Crimea by Russia should be considered as the right of Crimeans for self-identification, and that Russia has no relation to the Putin’s war in eastern Ukraine. This obviously makes him nervous and it became more and more difficult for him to control his natural rudeness. In November 2015 Lavrov called someone fucking moron [“debily blyad’” in Russian] during a press conference in Saudi Arabia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WdnEx…. In early December, 2016, he called Reuters journalist moron [“debil” in Russian] before meeting with the German foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, and then ordered journalists to get out.
